Frequently Asked Questions

General Information

You can buy Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) skins directly from our store. We keep things simple and fast: browse the catalogue, open a product page to check the skin's details, add it to your cart and complete checkout. Every item listed is in stock and ready to be delivered to your Steam account. There are no complicated steps or unnecessary extras to deal with.

You don't need to register a separate username and password. You sign in using Steam, which securely identifies you and tells us where to deliver your skin. This keeps the process quick and means one less password to remember. You can browse the entire catalogue freely before signing in.

Our catalogue covers a broad range of CS2 cosmetics, including rifle skins (AK-47, M4A4, M4A1-S, AWP), pistol skins, knives, gloves and SMG finishes. You'll find items across every wear condition and a wide range of price points, from affordable everyday skins to rare standout pieces. New arrivals and popular community favourites are added regularly, so it's worth checking back often.

Yes. Every page is served over a secure HTTPS connection, and all payments are handled by a trusted, certified payment processor. Sign-in is done entirely through Steam's official login, so your Steam credentials are never exposed to us. If anything ever looks off, our support team is available to help and stands behind every order.

Use the search bar at the top of the site to jump straight to a weapon or skin name. You can also browse by category and narrow results using filters such as weapon type, wear condition, rarity and price. Each product page shows the key details you need before buying, so you can be confident you're getting exactly the skin you want.

Payments & Security

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, so you can pay by card or straight from your mobile wallet. Every payment is processed securely at checkout, and your order begins immediately once the payment is confirmed.

Absolutely. Checkout runs over an encrypted SSL/TLS connection, and your card details are handled by a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. Your card number, expiry date and security code are sent straight to the processor and are never stored on our servers. This is the same level of protection used by major online retailers.

All prices are displayed in Euros (€). If your card or wallet is registered in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and a small conversion fee. Check with your card provider if you'd like the exact amount in your local currency.

No. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — we don't add hidden service charges. The only possible extra is a currency-conversion fee from your own bank if your account isn't in Euros. Any active discount is applied before you confirm payment, so your total is always clear.

Yes. We run regular sales and seasonal promotions, and discounted items are gathered on our Discounts page so they're easy to find. When a promo code is available, you can enter it at checkout and the saving is applied to your total instantly. It's a good idea to check the Discounts page before you buy.

Orders & Delivery

Most orders are delivered within seconds of your payment being confirmed. In rare cases Steam's systems can add a short delay, so please allow up to 15 minutes before worrying. You'll see the skin land in your CS2 inventory once delivery completes. If it ever takes longer than expected, our support team can look into it for you.

After your payment is confirmed, your skin is sent to your Steam account as an official Steam trade offer. You'll get a Steam notification — just open it and click Accept, and the skin appears in your CS2 inventory right away. You don't need to do anything else, and the whole process usually takes only moments.

First, check your Steam notifications and pending offers, as the delivery may already be waiting for you to accept. Make sure your Steam profile and inventory are set to public and that there are no active restrictions on your account. If nothing has arrived after 30 minutes, contact our support team with your order number and we'll resolve it quickly.

Because orders are usually fulfilled within seconds, changes and cancellations generally aren't possible once payment is confirmed. If you think you ordered the wrong item and delivery hasn't completed yet, contact support immediately and we'll do our best to help. For any billing concern, reach out right away with your order details.

You'll need a Steam account that is able to receive items, which means it should be in good standing and free of restrictions. Enabling the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator ahead of time helps deliveries arrive without holds. If checkout asks for your Steam Trade URL, paste it in so we know exactly where to send your skin.

Account & Steam Login

Click the Sign in with Steam button in the site header. You'll be taken to Steam's own official login page to enter your details, then returned to our site once you're verified. This uses Steam's secure OpenID system, so signing in is both fast and safe.

Never. Your Steam password is entered only on Steam's official login page, never on our site. We don't see, request or store it, and we'll never ask for it by email or message. If anyone ever asks for your Steam password while claiming to be us, treat it as a scam and let our support team know.

Your Steam Trade URL is a personal link that lets us deliver your purchased skin to your account. You can find it in Steam under Inventory → Trade Offers → Who can send me Trade Offers?, where you can copy it or create a new one. If checkout asks for it, simply paste it into the field provided so your delivery reaches the right place.

We strongly recommend enabling the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator. Without it, Steam may place temporary holds on incoming items, which can delay your delivery. With the Mobile Authenticator active for at least seven days, your skins can arrive without that delay — and your own account stays far more secure.

Skins are delivered to the Steam account you're signed in with at checkout, so log in with the account you want the item on. If you need delivery to a different account, get in touch with support before placing your order and we'll advise on the best way to proceed. Sorting this out in advance avoids any mix-ups.

Troubleshooting & Support

Start by refreshing the page, then try clearing your browser cache and cookies or opening the site in a private/incognito window. Disabling browser extensions or switching to a different browser can also help rule out local issues. If the problem continues, contact our support team and tell us which device and browser you're using so we can investigate.

Don't worry — first check the email address linked to your account, including the spam folder, as confirmations can occasionally be filtered. Also confirm whether the payment actually went through on your bank statement. If you were charged but have no confirmation or delivery, contact support with the date, amount and your Steam name, and we'll track the order down for you.

After a delivery is accepted, Steam sometimes takes a few minutes to display the new item. Try restarting CS2 or switching between your inventory tabs to refresh the view. If the skin still isn't showing after about 15 minutes, contact support with your order number and we'll confirm the delivery and help you locate it.

You can reach our support team by email or through the contact form on our Contact page. To help us resolve things as fast as possible, include your order number, your Steam name and a clear description of the issue. We read every message and aim to reply quickly with a helpful answer.

We aim to respond to every enquiry within 24 hours, and often much sooner during normal hours. Urgent delivery and payment issues are prioritised so you're not left waiting. Sending complete details in your first message — order number, Steam name and a short description — helps us solve your issue in a single reply.

Product Information

The float value is a number between 0.00 and 1.00 that describes exactly how worn a skin looks. A lower float (closer to 0.00) means a cleaner, fresher appearance, while a higher float (closer to 1.00) shows more visible scratches and wear. The float decides which wear tier a skin falls into, and many collectors pay close attention to it. Each product page shows the relevant condition so you know what to expect.

CS2 skins come in five wear tiers based on their float value: Factory New (0.00–0.07), Minimal Wear (0.07–0.15), Field-Tested (0.15–0.38), Well-Worn (0.38–0.45) and Battle-Scarred (0.45–1.00). Factory New skins look the cleanest and are usually the most sought-after, while higher-wear tiers are more affordable. The condition is listed clearly on every product page so you can choose what suits your budget and taste.

StatTrak™ is a special feature on certain skins that counts and displays the number of kills you get with that weapon. The counter starts at zero once you equip it and ticks up as you play. StatTrak versions are rarer than their standard counterparts and are often valued a little higher. The product page will always tell you whether a skin is a StatTrak version.

Yes. Every skin we sell is an authentic CS2 item, identical to those you'd get from opening in-game cases. The difference is that you choose exactly the skin and condition you want at a set price, with none of the randomness of case openings. What you see on the product page is precisely what's delivered to your inventory.

Returns & Order Issues

Because CS2 skins are digital items delivered to your Steam account, completed orders are generally final once the item has been delivered. That said, if something genuinely went wrong on our side — for example, you were charged but didn't receive your skin — we'll make it right, including a full refund where appropriate. Contact support with your order details and we'll review your case, usually within 24 hours.

We're sorry if that happens. Please contact our support team with your order number and a screenshot of what you received, and we'll investigate straight away. If there was a mistake on our end, we'll correct it as quickly as possible. Reaching out soon after delivery helps us resolve it faster.

Occasionally a payment is authorised but the order doesn't complete due to a temporary glitch. In most cases a failed authorisation is released by your bank automatically after a short time. If you see a charge with no matching delivery or confirmation, contact support with the amount, date and your Steam name, and we'll check it and refund anything taken in error.

Skin previews are based on the item's wear condition and float value, both shown on the product page before you buy. Small visual differences can occur because pattern and wear vary slightly from one skin to another. If you believe the item you received doesn't match its listed condition, contact support with your order number and screenshots and we'll take a look.
